Accessibility
Last updated: 2025-01-15.
MapleLeaf Smile Dentistry is committed to providing a website and dental clinics that are accessible to people with disabilities, in line with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.
What we do
- Use semantic HTML and clear heading structure.
- Provide visible focus indicators and keyboard navigation throughout the site.
- Provide alternative text for meaningful images.
- Use sufficient colour contrast and readable type sizes.
- Offer descriptive labels and error messages on forms.
- Avoid auto-playing media.
Clinic accessibility
Each clinic page includes accessibility information for the physical location, including wheelchair access, parking and public transit. If you need a specific accommodation, please call the clinic before your visit and we will do our best to assist.
Feedback
If you experience an accessibility barrier on this website or in one of our clinics, please contact us at info@mapleleafsmiledentistry.ca. We will respond and work to address it.
Multi-year accessibility plan
A multi-year accessibility plan is available on request, in line with AODA requirements.
